I'll stamp all over 'credible fighter' Jake Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.

Briton Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.

Ex twice world title holder Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.

Boxer's Mentality

"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British rival Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Opponent

Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Jake Paul's Background

Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Commercial Attraction

Still, the novice remains one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.

Size Disparity

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really going ahead.
